My brother and I want to start a business and that theres Outlet Mall in our region that has many white spots. The rumor around the zone, they are not per square meter, but they require a percentage of your months, store, revenues could total. Does anyone have any idea what percentage would that be? Just wondering peoples opinions on this subject.

These things are almost always negotiable. You will want to have a good idea what you anticipate your sales and margins would be before you start negotiating. Talk to some of the shop owners already there, most will be happy to tell you how good of a deal they struck.
If I had to guess it would be in the range of 3 to 10% of your gross revenue, this will all depend on the size, facilities, traffic etc.
